2-3-101. Establishment of Department of Tribal Probation and Parole

There is established a Tribal Department of Probation and Parole (hereafter "the Department"), the purposes of which include the protection of the Reservation community by providing for the acceptance of custody and the supervision and rehabilitation of juvenile and adult offenders placed on probation or released on parole by the Tribal Court.
