§2-3-9 Appeals

(a) Any party may appeal a final decision of the Tribal Court on an infraction violation.  In addition, the victim of such violation may appeal the final judgment in a damages hearing.

(b) Upon review, the Appeals Court shall reverse the judgment of the Trial Court if it finds there are no facts to support the Trial Courts determination or the law was misinterpreted or misapplied.
