Acts 1985, c. 52 amended and reenacted this article substituting §§ 14-2A-1 -- 14-2A-28 for former §§ 14-2A-1 -- 14-2A-28. The former article derived from Acts 1981, c. 61, and was amended by Acts 1982, c. 27 1983, c. 57 1984, c. 34. The amendment so changed the provisions of this article that a detailed comparison of the old and the new sections was impracticable. Where present provisions are similar to former provisions, the historical citations of the former sections have been added.
