655.700. Agreements Made During Peacegiving

Statutes | Coquille Indian Tribal Code Chapter 655 § 655.700 | 2019

 All agreements involving at least one party made during Peacegiving must be in writing and fully executed before the Peacegiver makes a final status report to the Tribal Court.  All agreements made during Peacegiving shall have no legal force and effect until they are approved by the Tribal Court.
