8E.8.05 Notice of Escape or Early Release

Upon the escape from custody of a person arrested for, charged with, or convicted of a criminal offense under this Title, the CPD shall immediately notify the victim of the crime, the Court, and the Prosecutor if a person who was convicted of a criminal offense under this Title is scheduled for early release, the CPD shall notify the victim of the crime, the Court, and the Prosecutor prior to such release.
