The Crow Tribe of the Crow Indian Reservation has established a court known as the Crow Tribal Youth Court. The court has exclusive original jurisdiction over all proceedings established in this code in which an Indian youth is residing in or domiciled within the exterior boundaries of the Crow Reservation, alleged to be a "Youth Offender" or "Youth in Need of Supervision," as defined in Section 9- 7 102 of this Chapter, unless the Youth Court transfers jurisdiction to the Tribal Adult Court or a State District Youth Court according to this code. Youth Court does not have jurisdiction over traffic or fish and game offenders, these matters are referred to the appropriate Tribal Court division.
