In this Code of Ordinances, the Tribe shall be referred to as the Curyung Tribe. The body responsible for making decisions of behalf of the Tribal membership shall be referred to as the Curyung Tribal Council. The Tribe&rsquos judiciary shall be referred to as the Curyung Tribal Court.
