Upon notice and after a hearing, the Court may make an order of protection binding on any party. The order may:

(1) Restrain a party from committing further acts of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment.

(2) Restrain a party from having contact, including physical, verbal, written, telephonic, or electronic contact, and contact through a third party with any person(s) specified by the Court.

(3) Exclude any party from the dwelling shared or from the residence of the other until further order of the Court.

(4) Order  a party to participate in treatment or counseling.

(5) Assess costs against the abuser, including filing fees, court costs, and costs of service.
(6) Order (or restrain) distribution or use of a partys personal possessions, household furnishings, vehicles, or other personal property.

(7) Require the respondent to provide an accounting of the disposition of the Elder or Vulnerable Adults income or other resources.

(8) Any other relief the Court deems necessary to include repayment of funds obtained by exploitation.
