27-12.10 SERVICE AND EXECUTION OF ORDER OF PROTECTION

The respondent must be personally served with the Order of Protection.  Service shall follow the procedure outlined in KLOC 8-6.10 SERVICE OF ORDER.  Law enforcement may assist with executing order, following the procedure outlined in KLOC 8-6.11 ASSISTANCE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT IN EXECUTING THE ORDER.
