27-12.14 CONFIDENTIALITY

Any agency or individual involved in actual or potential proceedings or actions pursuant to this Section shall have a duty to maintain strict confidentiality of all information involving the welfare of specific Elders or Vulnerable Adults.  The only exception shall be when reporting suspected abuse of an Elder or Vulnerable Adult, as required under this Chapter.
