5.01. Search Warrant; Defined

A search warrant is a written order, signed by the Tribal Judge, and directed to a Public Safety officer ordering him or her to conduct a search and seize items or property specified in the warrant. A warrant shall describe the property or place to be searched and shall describe the items to be seized.
