5A.07.040 Court May Recognize Additional Foreign Orders

Nothing in this Chapter shall prevent the Lummi Tribal Court from entering into agreements, or establishing procedures, by which orders of protection from jurisdictions not referred to in this Chapter may be filed with the Court and be entitled to full faith and credit.
