  1. &ldquoIndian&rdquo means, unless otherwise specified, a member of the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon, or any other person of Indian blood who is a member of a federally recognized Indian Tribe or any other person on the Reservation who is recognized by the community as an Indian, including a Canadian Indian or an Alaska native.
  2. &ldquoReservation&rdquo means all territory within the external boundaries of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon.
  3. &ldquoTribal Council&rdquo means the Tribal Council of the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon.
  4. &ldquoTribes&rdquo means the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon.
  5. &ldquoAffidavit of Prejudice&rdquo means a sworn statement-making claim that a judge is biased or prejudiced in such a way as to not be able to render a fair decision at the trial or hearing.
  6. &ldquoFelony&rdquo means a crime under State or Federal law which is usually punishable by confinement in a prison and is more serious than a misdemeanor crime.
  7. &ldquoRelationship in First or Second Degree&rdquo means the children or grandchildren or parents and brothers or sisters or grandparents of the person claimed to have such relationship.
  8. &ldquoJudge Pro Tempore&rdquo means a judge who has been appointed on a temporary basis to serve at a particular time for a particular purpose.
  9. &ldquoUnanimous Verdict&rdquo means a complete agreement on the finding of fact made by all those who have voted.
