§ 23-605-5. Compensation

An award under chapter 351, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall not exceed the statutory limit. Payment of compensation to the dependents of the deceased victim shall not, in the aggregate, exceed the statutory limit. Compensation shall only be paid for those types of losses and injuries recognized under chapter 351, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
