01. Title. These rules shall be cited as IDAPA 05.01.02, "Rules and Standards for Secure Juvenile Detention Centers," IDAPA 05, Title 01, Chapter 02. Effective Date (3-30-07)

02. Scope. These rules are established to ensure that the juvenile corrections system in Idaho will be consistently based on the following principles: accountability; community protection; and competency development. Effective Date (4-5-00)
