§ 379.624. Notification of Court Orders

The center must:

(1) notify a resident when a court order affects the individual or the individuals records and

(2) attempt, whenever possible, to notify a nonresident, hotline caller, or other victim of family violence when a court order affects the individual or the individuals records.
