The Juvenile Court shall have exclusive, original jurisdiction of the following proceedings:
- Proceedings in which a minor is alleged to be a juvenile offender unless the Juvenile Court transfers jurisdiction to adult Tribal Court pursuant to the Title. Provided, however, the Juvenile Court shall not have jurisdiction over any fishing or hunting proceedings in which it is alleged that a minor has violated any ordinance or regulation relating to on or off Reservation fishing or hunting and
- Proceedings in which a minor is alleged to be a minor-in-need-of-care and
- All other proceedings brought under this Title 6.
