A person is guilty of indecent exposure if:
(1) a person, with sexual motivation, exposes his genitals, buttocks or female breasts under circumstances in which that person knows or should know that persons conduct is likely to annoy, offend or alarm another person or
(2) a person masturbates, even though covered, while observed by a child less than sixteen years old or while observed by any person knowing that such conduct is likely to annoy, offend or alarm another person.
Indecent Exposure is a class C offense.
