Any person or agency who has reason to believe that a minor tribal member or child living within the Tribes Territory is a "child in need of aid" shall be permitted to file a Petition to use the tribal court. Upon receipt of the Petition, the Court will contact the parties and notify all the parties of the Petition and any upcoming hearings that have been scheduled. In an emergency, the Court may hold a telephonic hearing with the Petitioner.
