An action for damages under this Chapter may be brought by the Elder or Vulnerable Adult, their guardian or legal fiduciary, surviving spouse or heirs, or by the Kalispel Tribe through the Kalispel Tribe through the Kalispel Tribe Elder and Vulnerable Adult Services Director.
