The Tribal Court shall have emergency jurisdiction over any Elder or Vulnerable Adult who is physically present on the Kalispel Tribe of Indians Reservation if the Elder or Vulnerable adult subjected to abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment, or if it is reasonably necessary to protect the Elder or Vulnerable Adult from the threat of any of the aforementioned.
