(1) The Kalispel Tribal Court has exclusive original jurisdiction over all proceedings arising under this Chapter, proceedings arising under other laws of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians providing for disposition by the Tribal Court, and any actions arising under the customs and traditions of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians affecting family, elders, and vulnerable adult welfare within the exterior boundaries of the Kalispel Reservation (as defined in KLOC 1-2.03).
(2) The Kalispel Tribal Court has concurrent jurisdiction over all proceedings arising under this Chapter and any actions arising under the customs and traditions of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians affecting Elder or Vulnerable Adult Kalispel Tribal members that may arise outside of the Kalispel Reservation. 
(3) The jurisdiction of the Court over persons and territory is limited only by the Law and Order Code or Constitution of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians.
