The following acts are prohibited: Obstructing an investigation under this Chapter denying or knowingly preventing access to an Elder or Vulnerable Adult suspected of being a victim under this Chapter retaliation against investigators or reporters under this Chapter and tampering of witnesses who make statements to investigators or who testify in proceedings under this Chapter. Any person who commits such acts shall be subject to the applicable laws and procedures established in the Kalispel Law and Order Code.
