27-3.06 WHO MAY REPORT

Any person not listed in KLOC 27-3.01, upon reasonable cause/reasonable suspicion to believe that a violation of this Chapter has or will occur, may make a report to the Elder and Vulnerable Adult Services Director or Tribal Police. This Section does not create a duty to report, and no civil liability shall attach for failure to make a report.
