27-11.02 CONFIDENTIALITY

The Presenting Officer shall have a duty to maintain strict confidentiality of all information involving the welfare of specific Elders or Vulnerable Adults, regardless of whether a formal investigation or court case has been initiated.  The only exception shall be when reporting suspected abuse of an Elder or Vulnerable Adult, as required under this Chapter.
