27-11.01 PRESENTING OFFICER

The Tribal Council or its designee shall appoint a Presenting Officer to carry out the duties and responsibilities set forth in this Kalispel Law and Order Code.

(1) The Presenting Officer shall do the following:

     (A) File petitions with the Court as provided in this Chapter

     (B) Represent the Tribe in all proceedings under this Chapter, unless otherwise indicated and

     (C) Perform such other duties as the Court or this Chapter may require.
