(1). &ldquoJamestown Indian Country&rdquo has the basic meaning set out in Title 18 United States Code, Section 1151. In general, it includes all reservation lands, lands held in trust by the Secretary of the Interior on behalf of the Tribe. Jamestown Indian Country also includes all lands, waters, property, airspace, other natural resources and any interest therein, either now, or in the future, owned by the Tribe, or individual tribal citizens held in trust status 
 
(2). &ldquoTribal Police&rdquo or &ldquoCCSO&rdquo means the Clallam County Sheriff&rsquos Office 
 
(3). &ldquoFBI&rdquo means the Federal Bureau of Investigation 
 
(4). &ldquoIA&rdquo means the Interlocal Agreement between the Tribe and the CCSO for the provision of law enforcement services, not otherwise provided for, in Jamestown Indian Country 
 
(5). &ldquoRCW&rdquo means the Revised Code of Washington State 
 
(6). &ldquoIndian&rdquo or &ldquoIndians&rdquo means citizens of the Tribe and members of other recognized tribes and 
 
(7). &ldquoTribe&rdquo means the Jamestown S&rsquoKlallam Tribe.
