640.100. Reporting of child abuse; policy

To further the interests of the Tribe in protecting its children from abuse, and to facilitate the use of the Social Services Division to prevent further abuse and stabilize the family, the Coquille Indian Tribal Council finds that it is necessary and in the public interest to require mandatory reports and investigations of abuse of children.
