A. The Court shall maintain a registry of all orders for protective orders issued by the Court. The Clerk of Court shall provide the Cherokee Nation Marshals Office with certified protective orders within twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.
B. The Clerk of Court shall also provide the Cherokee Nation Marshals Office with any modifications of, revocations of, withdrawal of and/or expiration of protective orders.
C. The information contained in the registry is available at all times to the Court, law enforcement agencies and domestic violence shelters.
D. Facsimile copies shall be recognized.
