At the hearing, the APT shall present evidence that the adult is in need of protective services and lacks capacity to consent. If the Court determines by clear and convincing evidence that the adult is in imminent danger of substantial physical or mental injury and lacks the capacity to consent to protective services, it may enter an order authorizing the provision of protective services.
