Any person who causes or permits any harmful or offensive contact to a child's body or, any communication or transaction of any kind which humiliates, shames, or frightens the child
A. Any parent or other person who shall willfully or maliciously engage in child abuse shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony. B. Any parent or other person who shall willfully or maliciously engage in enabling child abuse shall be guilty of a felony.
