Notice of a Youth in Need of Care Hearing shall be served as specified under Chapter 3 by the Court Clerk or other person designated by the Tribe to perform this duty, at least five (5) working days before the hearing. The notice shall include the name of the court the date, the time, and place of the hearing and a copy of the petition. The notices shall be served on the following: (1) The youth or his/her representative or guardian ad litem
(2) The youths parent(s), guardian or custodian
(3) Any person the Court believes is necessary for the hearing
(4) Any person the parties believe necessary for the hearing
(5) Presenting Officer and
(6) The Indian Child Welfare Worker.
