Any person commits the offense of criminal trespass to a building by:
(1) Entering or remaining in any building, structure, dwelling house or premises of another without permission of the owner or the owners agent
(2) Refusing to depart from any building, structure or premises of another after being notified in writing or verbally by the owner or the owners agent to immediately depart
(3) Entering or remaining on any Kalispel Tribal property including Northern Quest Resort & Casino in Airway Heights, in violation of the terms of a valid Tribal Court Order, a Tribal Gaming Agency Barring Notice or after having been excluded under KLOC Chapter 5 or
(4) Entering or remaining in a vehicle of another, or any part thereof, without permission of the vehicle owner or operator.
