Tribal Law Enforcement or its designee shall obtain, and the covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offender&rsquos name:
(1) The sex offenders full primary given name &ndash including also maiden names,
(2) The sex offenders nicknames, aliases, and pseudonyms regardless of the context in which it isused, and
(3) Ethnic or Tribal names by which the offender is commonly known
