Tribal Law Enforcement or its designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offenders employment to include any and all places where the sex offender is employed in any means including volunteer, internship, externship, apprenticeship, and unpaid positions.
(1) The name of the sex offenders employer,
(2) The address of the sex offenders employer, and work location if different from the employers address, and
(3) Similar information related to any transient or day labor employment.
