(1) DNA. If the sex offenders DNA is not already contained in the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS), the sex offender shall provide Tribal Law Enforcement or its designee a sample of his or her DNA.
(2) CODIS. Any DNA sample obtained from a sex offender shall be submitted to an appropriate lab for analysis and entry of the resulting DNA profile into CODIS. If not already in system, offender shall submit, in a manner determined appropriate by Tribal Law Enforcement or its designee, to DNA testing at the offenders expense.
