9A-6.02 CRIMINAL HISTORY

Tribal Law Enforcement or its designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offenders criminal history:

(1) Dates of all arrests,

(2) Dates of all convictions,

(3) Sex offenders status of parole, probation, or supervised release,

(4) Sex offenders registration status, and

(5) Any outstanding arrest warrants.
