A. A person commits the crime of arson if, by starting a fire or causing an explosion, he intentionally damages:
1. Any structure, place or thing customarily occupied by people or
2. Any property, whether his own or anothers and such act recklessly places another person in danger of physical injury or any structure, place or thing customarily occupied by people in danger of damage.
B. Arson is a felony.
