The tribal police or designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, the following information related to the sex offender&rsquos criminal history:
A. The date of all arrests,
B. The date of all convictions,
C. The sex offender&rsquos status of parole, probation, or supervised release,
D. The sex offender&rsquos registration status, and
E. Any outstanding arrest warrants.
