641.775. Fees

(1) There shall be no fees for filing a petition under this chapter or under CITC chapter 642, Termination of Parental Rights, and the Tribal Police shall not charge a fee for service of process or attendance at a court hearing.  Witness fees shall be paid pursuant to the Coquille Rules of Civil Procedure. 
   
(2) The Court may assess any fees incurred in the court proceedings against the parent or custodian.
