Section 4. Rights and Best Interest of the Child

In all child protection cases, the Court shall hear all of the facts and evidence brought before it and shall consider the rights of all parties in the case when deciding what is in the child&rsquo sets interest. The best interest of the child as defined in Chapter 1, Section 3, of this Title shall be placed above the rights of any other person or entity.
