§ 200.368 Statutory sexual seduction; Penalties.

Except under circumstances where a greater penalty is provided in SECTION 201.540, a person who commits statutory sexual seduction shall be punished:      

1.  If he is 21 years of age or older, for a Category A offense.      

2.  If he is under the age of 21 years, for a Category B offense.
