§ 205.2195 "Property" defined.

&ldquoProperty&rdquo means:

      1.&ensp&enspPersonal goods, personal property and motor vehicles

      2.&ensp&enspMoney, negotiable instruments and other items listed in NRS 205.260

      3.&ensp&enspLivestock, domesticated animals and domesticated birds and

      4.&ensp&enspAny other item of value, whether or not the item is listed in NRS 205.2175 to 205.2707, inclusive.
