§ 205.034 Additional penalties.

The court may, in addition to imposing the penalties set forth in NRS 205.010, 205.015, 205.020, 205.025 or 205.030, order the person to pay:

      1.&ensp&enspCourt costs

      2.&ensp&enspThe costs of providing police and fire services related to the crime or

      3.&ensp&enspThe costs of the investigation and prosecution of the crime,

&rArr or any combination of subsections 1, 2 and 3.
