§ 2.3 Disposing of Property of an Estate

A. A person commits the offense of Disposing of Property of an Estate when s/he, without proper authority, sells, trades, or otherwise disposes of any property of any estate before the determination of the heirs. B. A person convicted of Disposing of Property of an Estate shall be guilty of a Class 2 offense and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500.00, or imprisoned for a term not to exceed six months, or both.
