Statutes | Fort McDermitt Paiute and Shoshone Tribe Chapter 7 ยง 24 | 2019

Any person who knowingly and maliciously sets fire to or burns or causes to be burned, or who aids or counsels or procures the burning of any structure, range land, or property of himself or another is guilty as follows:

     a. Arson that causes serious bodily injury is guilty of a Class E offense.

     b. Arson that causes an inhabited structure or inhabited property to burn is guilty of a Class D offense.

     c. Arson of a structure or range land is guilty of a Class C offense.
