§ 4.05. Driver's licenses, identification cards, Passports, and immigration documents.

A. Drivers License. The Fort McDowell Police Department or designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, a photocopy of all of the sex offenders valid drivers licenses issued by any jurisdiction.

B. Identification Cards. The Fort McDowell Police Department or designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, a photocopy of any identification card including the sex offenders tribal enrollment card issued by any jurisdiction.

Passports. The Fort McDowell Police Department or designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, a photocopy of any passports used by the sex offender.

Immigration Documents. The Fort McDowell Police Department or designee shall obtain, and a covered sex offender shall provide, a photocopy of any and all immigration documents.
