When a guardian(s) has been appointed by the Court for a child, the Court may grant legal custody and care of the child and management of his property until such child arrives at the age of eighteen (18), marries, is emancipated by the Court under this Act, or until the guardian is legally discharged provided, however, that said guardian shall not have the authority without express written consent of the Court to dispose of any real or personal property of the child in any manner.  The disposal of a minor child&rsquos real or personal property in any way shall subject said person(s) to contempt of court and/or to criminal and civil penalties or remedies provided by Ho-Chunk Nation law.
