3.10.1 Enticement of a Minor.

A person who forces, entices, or persuades a child under the age of sixteen to enter any building, vehicle, or secluded place with intent to engage in sexual acts, sexual contact or oral sexual acts with the minor, is guilty of a dangerous offense.
