It shall be an infraction for any person, who does not fall under the criminal jurisdiction of the Kalispel Tribe, to hinder the required registration of an individual who is required to register under KLOC Chapter 9A, Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act by:
(1) Knowingly harbor or knowingly attempt to harbor, or knowingly assist another person inharboring or attempting to harbor a sex offender who is in violation of this chapter
(2) Knowingly assists a sex offender in the eluding a law enforcement agency that is seeking to find the sex offender to question the sex offender about, or to arrest the sex offender for, noncompliancewith the requirements of this chapter or
(3) Knowingly provide false information to law enforcement regarding a sex offender.
